Essence Life is a personal practice companion for exploring surrender, forgiveness, and transcendence. The app provides guided forgiveness practices, transcendence card draws, a personal journal, podcast teachings, and a conversational reflection tool called Ocean.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Essence Life. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
You agree to use Essence Life for its intended purpose as a personal practice companion. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Ocean is an AI-powered reflection tool designed to support your spiritual practice. Ocean draws from the Essence teachings to offer perspective and guidance. Ocean is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Ocean's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.
All content within Essence Life, including but not limited to the forgiveness practices, surrender key teachings, transcendence card texts, podcast episodes, and guided meditations, is the intellectual property of Lars Rain Gustafsson. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.
Journal entries, notes, and personal data you create within the app remain yours.
Essence Life is provided strictly for informational, educational, and personal practice purposes. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological condition, please consult a qualified professional.
The app contains guided audio meditations and forgiveness prayers that require your full attention. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full awareness.
The Cosmos section of Essence Life presents calculations derived from astronomical positions, traditional Chinese metaphysics (Ba Zi), numerology, and indigenous wisdom traditions. These calculations are computed using verified astronomical data and established traditional formulas. They are offered as tools for self-reflection and spiritual exploration.
Cosmos calculations do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice of any kind. They do not diagnose conditions, predict specific life outcomes, or make claims about your future. No decisions regarding health, finances, relationships, or legal matters should be based on information presented in the Cosmos section. The information reflects astronomical positions and traditional interpretive systems, not empirical assessments of your individual circumstances.
Your use of Essence Life is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You can opt out of analytics and Ocean conversation logging at any time in Settings.
We strive to keep Essence Life available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time using the "Delete My Profile" option in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Essence Life is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your use of the practices and teachings is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
